2015 NAATE School Year Programs Meet in Wilmington, DE March 25, 2015
NAATE hosted it's first set of programs in the beautiful guilded-era Hotel Dupont in Wilmington, Delaware. We kicked off our first School Year program by welcoming Cohort VI for their first session. Our newest Cohort consists of 58 NAATE Teacher Fellows from 23 different organizations throughout the country. They began their NAATE experience by taking part in an Improv session followed by the Shackleton case.
We were joined by Cohort IV the following week. Cohort IV Teacher Fellows began their fourth session by diving into an item analysis activity. They finished the week by participating in a day of hands-on activities. During this Creative Design Day, Teacher Fellows took to the streets and surveyed some of the local residents despite unseasonably frigid weather. The day was facilitated by Efrat Kussel, a Cohort II NAATE graduate.
Cohort VI joined us again in January for their second program in Nashville, and Cohort IV will be graduating from the NAATE Program this May in New Haven, CT.
