The Walton Family Foundation Education Reformers to Watch award recognizes champions who are creating an environment where parents are empowered to choose the best schools for their children.
Every quarter, they recognize and reward an outstanding individual working to empower parents with choice in education. These reformers are opening strong schools, changing policy and mobilizing parents. They are working across all types of schools – traditional public, public charter and private – to ensure that all families, regardless of income level, have access to multiple high-quality educational options. Each Education Reformer to Watch will direct a $10,000 foundation grant to the non-profit, education reform organization of their choice.
